PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT :: DR. PETER THAM
PETER holds a bachelor degree in Psychology, a Master in Counseling and Doctorate in Management Counseling.

Peter has more than 10 years working experience in Human Resources Management and Development.  Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in coaching, counseling, facilitating, and consulting employees to achieve excellent performance.

With his knowledge and experience, Peter has developed numerous masters training plans for the companies he was engaged in.  He was also a very apt trainer, obtaining high rating from the evaluation of the participants.

Peter manages his own training consulting firm (B.E.A.T Consultancy).  He is also the CEO of his own educational institution of high learning in Miri, called Institut Tinggi Fajar.

Peter is also a Course Director and Facilitator for MBA, and DBA/PhD Programmes for Preston University, USA.
